Anna Ewing serves as Chief Operating Officer of IMA Advisors, the division of IMA focused on delivering integrated financial services that complement the firm’s core insurance brokerage offerings. IMA Advisors currently includes IMA Retirement (a retirement plan advisor), IMA Private Wealth (serving individuals and families), Syntrinsic (a boutique investment advisor to nonprofits, foundations & endowments), and RedRidge (a financial diligence firm). Anna has held several strategic and operational leadership roles at IMA through its significant growth and since joining the firm in 2018.
Anna has executive-level experience in both the private and public sectors, including roles as COO & Deputy Director of Colorado’s Office of Economic Development and as CFO of Vodafone Americas. Her earlier career in corporate finance, accounting, and operations spanned several dynamic industries, having started in public accounting at Price Waterhouse LLP. Anna earned a BBA from Baylor University and holds CPA and CGMA licenses.
An engaged member of the community, Anna serves as board director and treasurer of Junior Achievement- Rocky Mountain and is actively involved with the Denver Chamber’s Leadership Foundation, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Colorado Society of CPAs. Prior roles include board director of the Chamber’s Economic Development Council, board chair for PawsCo, an animal welfare nonprofit, and advisor with the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network.
