Michael Gregg is President of IMA Advisors. He joined IMA in 2023 to lead the creation of a new division focused on delivering integrated financial services that complement the firm’s core insurance brokerage offerings. IMA Advisors includes a few functional groups: IMA Private Wealth, which Michael leads personally; IMA Retirement, an institutional retirement plan advisor; Syntrinsic, a boutique investment advisor to nonprofits, foundations, and endowments; and RedRidge, a financial diligence firm.

Prior to joining IMA, his career included senior leadership roles in wealth management, asset management, and insurance at firms including BlackRock, AXA Group, The Hartford, and most recently, Partners Group, where he served on multiple portfolio company boards. He also held roles on the private equity and private debt investment committees. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he spent the bulk of his first professional decade.

He serves on the board and is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain, promoting financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship in middle and high school students. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
